3. Contact us by leaving a voicemail right on the website, no need to remember our phone number, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours during weekdays.
4. Submit the contact form for questions
5. We will get back to you with an email or call you (however that works for you).
6. Review the services and packages on our website if you have questions about them
7. We will send you a proposal after we have discussed the project and the deadline with you.
8. Sign the proposal and fax it or email it back to us.
9. You will need to pay 1/2 of the fee before we can start the project
10. We will deliver your final project for review with our “logo watermark” on it and will remove the “watermark” once you have paid in full.
Note: Only one revision is allowed before the final product is delivered. Thus, review it carefully when you have received the draft video and ask us to make any changes. Of course, if it’s our mistakes, we would be happy to revise it and you still have one revision if needed. Thank you.
